Pickle Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Alderson's Pickle Spears

  • 250g cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 1 cup cooked, chopped bacon

  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • Spring roll / egg roll sheets

  • Vegetable oil, for frying


Method:

  • Add the cream cheese, cheese, bacon, and seasoning to a bowl and mix well to combine. Place into a piping bag for ease, or you can spoon the mixture if needed.

  • Into the center of each spring roll sheet, place a pickle spear and a line of the cream cheese mixture. Roll the sheet in half, tucking the mixture back in tightly.

  • Next, fold the sides in, then wet the last triangle and roll to close. Smooth the roll off, making sure they are well sealed.

  • Fry the spring rolls in preheated oil at 350°F until golden brown, then garnish with picklenaise and fresh dill
