Dry Mix:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Chipotle Powder

Wet Mix:
500g Buttermilk
2 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Blueberry Hot sauce

Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs
Oil For Frying
Brioche Buns
Vanilla Ice cream

β€’ In two seperate bowls, add the dry ingredients into one, and the wet into another and mixΒ bothΒ until well combined.
β€’ remove the chicken from its packaging, and dredge through the dry ingredients, the wet, then once more through the dry.
β€’ Fry the chicken in preheated oil at 176C, turning once until golden brown and at an internal temp of 76C.
β€’ To serve, onto a toasted bun, place the fried chicken, then a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with more blueberry hot sauce.
