Buttermilk Fried chicken Sandwich w' Vanilla Ice Cream and Blueberry Reaper Sauce

Dry Mix:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Chipotle Powder
Wet Mix:
500g Buttermilk
2 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Blueberry Hot sauce
Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs
Oil For Frying
Brioche Buns
Vanilla Ice cream

β’ In two seperate bowls, add the dry ingredients into one, and the wet into another and mixΒ bothΒ until well combined.
β’ remove the chicken from its packaging, and dredge through the dry ingredients, the wet, then once more through the dry.
β’ Fry the chicken in preheated oil at 176C, turning once until golden brown and at an internal temp of 76C.
β’ To serve, onto a toasted bun, place the fried chicken, then a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with more blueberry hot sauce.
