SPICY PESTO

Inspired by Mexico’s ‘Salsa Macha’ – and a little different to the traditional Italian variety – our pesto carries a smokey spicy hit from Birds Eye chillies, Ancho chillies and Paprika. This is paired with the deep richness of almonds, peanuts, and oil plus a hint of garlic and cider vinegar adds a fresh zing to finish.

MEXICAN CHILLI OIL

Mexican chilli oil is a fragrant flavourful condiment with a spicy, intensity. Use as a topping on tacos or pizzas. Spread on a sandwich, or add when cooking omelettes, potatoes, and roast vegetables. Enhance soups and stews, or finish any meal with a swirl on top. For the purist fill a small bowl and dip away with dumplings, cornchips, or you favourite snack!
