Spicy Nut Pesto
Inspired by Mexico’s ‘Salsa Macha’ – and a little different to the traditional Italian variety – our pesto carries a smokey spicy hit from Birds Eye chillies, Ancho chillies and Paprika. This is paired with the deep richness of almonds, peanuts, and virgin olive oil and a hint of garlic and cider vinegar adds a fresh zing to finish.
Perfect for use as a dip, with bread or crackers. Mix it with pasta, garnish salads and soups, use as a side or condiment to any meal. As with any pesto it’s easily consumed and demands liberal use!
