NZ grown manzano & Jalapeño peppers are naturally brewed for a number of months & then blended with herbs & infused with native New Zealand Kawa Kawa. The resulting sauce is both versatile & uniquely local.

Kawa Kawa is a native plant found in forests New Zealand wide. Related to both the Black Pepper and Fijian Kava plants, the Kawa Kawa leaf provides a subtle 'peppery' taste which complements the coriander and green chili in our sauce and adds a bit of zing for your next meal.
